Six Sigma Champion Training

Six Sigma is a business initiative first developed by Motorola in early 1990. Motorolla reports $11Billion in savings since it started this strategy. Since then other notable corporations such as Allied Signal (Honeywell), General Electric and Ford have experienced remarkable success emulating this strategy.  G.E alone reported 1.5 billion dollars in savings over and above investment in one year.

The Six Sigma strategy involves the use of statistical tools within a structured, disciplined methodology for gaining the knowledge needed to produce better quality products and services faster and at at significantly lower costs by reducing variation, rework, scrap, waste, downtime, and other losses.

This two day Champion Training Session is designed for Executives, Managers, Engineers and Quality Practitioners who need to understand the Six Sigma strategy, tools and implementation process.  It covers the Six Sigma philosophy, terminology, the DMAIC methodology, organizational issues, roles and  implementation.  Participants leave with a solid appreciation for this strategy and how to ask the right questions to mentor Six Sigma Teams and drive improvement.
