Statistical Process Control - 3 day Intensive Seminar:         "Everything You Need to Know About SPC in 3 Intensive Days"

Statistics is a technical tool that provides users with the ability to study, control and improve processes of all types. In this seminar participants gain new insight that will change forever how they interpret data.  Managers, engineers and workers often make costly mistakes because they misread information. Yet many neglect statistical analysis because they do not understand the language or the mathematics used by statisticians. This seminar cuts through the jargon and shows  how to use powerful statistical methods simply and effortlessly. Participants learn how variability can be systematically reduced. Participants use the Statapult (statistical catapult) to experience first hand how process dynamics are reflected in Control Charts and Capability Analysis. All participants receive a copy of our SPC/PI+ Software which  makes SPC as simple as clicking a mouse on a column of data. Participants not only learn basic Statistical Process Control techniques but they learn how and why they work, their limitations, and how to use advanced modeling techniques when traditional charts fail to perform.

Designed as a complete course in applied statistical methods, participants learn how to use Statistical methods in conjunction with the Deming Cycle to provide baselines from which to drive improvement. Through the use of tests of significance and ten types of statistical charts, they learn to study any process to determine its nature and provide a baseline for improvement. Through computer-based models as well as role plays and case studies, participants develop an understanding of how process improvement occurs. Our SPC Multimedia Training Program is used throughout the session to facilitate the learning process.  Mathematical jargon is minimized while practical application is stressed. Topics such as designing customer surveys, measuring service quality, Measurement System Analysis, Short Run techniques, SPC in Process Industries and dealing with autocorrelation using time series analysis are  covered.
