SPC - An Introduction Videotape
This 32 minute videotape introduces Statistical Process Control by examining issues such as Quality, Productivity, The Systems Approach, Quality as Closeness to Target and how SPC helps distinguish between special causes and system faults. Newscast format features the Acme role play, a derivation of Dr. Deming's "parable of the red beads", illustrating just how simple SPC can be. Our Statistical Process Control - Continuous improvement audio-visual program consists of 400,  full color powerpoint slides, with narrated sound track and student manuals. Divided into 10 parts, it makes classroom training simple by providing trainers' with a 12-15 minute slide show that is then followed by quizzes and exercises which students do in their workbooks. 35 mm slides or CD ROM. The SPC BOOK
This Readers Digest size book is an excellent training manual and reference in Statistical Process Control. SPC Audio-Visual Training Manual
This 200 page manual is the student's workbook for our SPC Audio Visual and Complete Classroom Training Kit.  It contains miniatures of all 400 slides as well as the sound track narrative. Also contains quizzes and exercises to maximize and test the learning process. Covers basic Statistical Process Control as well as Continuous Improvement (Breakthrough) techniques. Measurement, Calibration and Gage Capability Training Module
A training module designed for teaching the basics of metrology, calibration, gage capability analysis and measurement system improvement. The content and terminology are consistent with the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG)'s Measurement System Analysis manual. SPC Training Simulator Software
This software simulates the Quincunx (bead board) to demonstrate variability, distributions, mean, range standard deviation, normal distributions, areas under the curve, process capability, process drift and spread. Generates control charts with sample size 1 through 8 with simulated results. Demonstrates how process changes are reflected in control charts. A must for any SPC instructor.
